I find it harder and harder to recover from late nights out partying drinking and what not. I think the combined effects of these nights week after week is realli having its effects. at first when i started doing it (ages ages ago), it seemed like i was coping realli well- drinking heaps heavy and then being alright the next day and recovering fully the next day or so. but now i seem to be getting realli tired and taking almost the whole week to revover fully. this is shit and stuffs my week up with sport and stuff. anyways i will bow to cut back HEAPS and start my summer fitness routine again..

Jaz's party was fab.. it was way fun, shame the night ended so early @ 12 and we just roamed around cronulla mall towards the kabab shop till about 2. I had a few drinks and i only mixed 2drinks which was heaps good.. i wasnt even drunk- the good thing was i enjoyed it, supprisingly (without being heaps drunk ofcourse as per usual). Mark and i went through half of tes' pack of smokes but ow well.. i bought her sum drinks so i made up for that. all in all i spent about $90 which is a little above average- no more drinks 4 allison nxt time she just takes them and runs... Happy Bday JAZ hope u enjoyed it as much as i did
