Good To Be Back

Its good to be back at uni, though i'm sorta still half in holiday mode. I always like comming back after holidays and its exciting for the first week getting into the routine of things and seeing my uni mates again. I only go 2days a week this semester which has its good and bad points. i only see most of my 'regular' uni mates that do my course once a week which means we will only grow apart after spending almost 4days a week together last semester. Thats life i guess. I learnt in the past that you truley dont know what you've got till its gone, and i suppose not many people out there would know even though they say they do or contemplate it. I lost all my closest friends after year 10 after changing schools and i know as a fact that friends mean more to me than anything else and they are who makes me as a person today, without them i'll be a noone. Anyhows i have not had the grief of losing anyone because of death which i suppose is something on a totally different scale and i wouldnt b able to image how tough it would be to lose a loved one.

Anyways, off the topic. I had a pretty good weekend. Seans bday was yesterday but we had a good night on friday. We took him out to the local RSL. We visited Brad at kings head tavern, but it was a long night and we went to a lot of places.. well mainly just cruising in the car. Mark, as always the designated driver had to put up with our stupidity and getting moderately drunk (well notihng compared to that night at tamworth!). I can understand how taquillas get to u, but u dont wanna have too much of it. I asked for burbon but the chic gave me burbon and coke i wasnt happy so i didnt quite get as smashed as i woulda liked or expected. Ive been pissing very yellow all of yesterday, all the drinking realli did get to me. But all is good now. getting ready 4 uni tmrow should b good.

Still Recovering..

hey,

oh god i tell you i have neva been in a worse way in my life. i'm still recovering from tamworth games. the uni games were very good overall but it really wasnt about sport, it was about the crazy parties. i had one man of the match performance, in which we drew. all the teams were really good, and besides originally being in the mixed touch side, i was put in the mens side- it was about 200% more intense. we all had to be on our game or be carved up by the oposition such as against the nsw champions canberra uni, we lost 22-2, but apparently we were one of the only teams to put on any points against them.

i think if i trained better and the team had more practice together, we would be a very good side. if we didnt turn up to the last few days of the comp with hangovers and throwing up or even passing out (fuiwy and rus!). we all gave each other names of football players we looked like. i was singy or matt sing and also wing (craig wing). all the alchohol has taken its toll on everyone. in our motel we caused $2000 + worth of damage and almost took out the owner (chinese guy). thursday night was the last night before we left and everyone just drank until they dropped basically. i didnt get home till 4am in the morning when my mates literally dragged me on the bus and dragged me back to the motel. for the numbers i drank: 5beers, 2burbon and cokes, 1vodka and orange, 2smirnoffs double blacks and other stuff ppl kept giving me i dunno y- and then i dont remember much after.

i dont know if i'll be goign next year. if i do go i dont know if i'll be playing touch footy. i shared the same motel as all the footy guys, and they are dead set grubs and very sleezy. it was all about piking up chics, hooking up with them and then taking them back to their rooms. the 4 chics we had in our motel were town bicycles, like 4 real. mayb its afl next yr 4 me.

take it easy
